Oxy cutting

Oxy cutting is a realiable, accurate and competitive technique thanks to our CNC state-of-the-art equipments. A reliable process, close to welding, for thick walled mild steel cutting processes minimizing materials cost with fast performance.
Oxy-fuel cutting are processes that use fuel gases and oxygen to cut or weld metals. Pure oxygen, instead of air, is used to increase the flame temperature to allow localized melting of the workpiece material in a room environment. The starting temperature is 1300°C, with oxyhydrogen flame burns at 2800 °C; and the acetylene/oxygen flame burns at about 3.500 °C.
After oxy-cutting the steel profile needs a machining process to ensure precise assembly by welding.
